Why can’t I buy on this website?+
We sell through Amazon, Hepsiburada and Trendyol so you can use the store you already trust. This site shows the products; the stores handle orders.
Which store should I choose?+
Any of the three. Every model is listed in each, colors as variants. Prices and delivery are shown on each store.
How do I know it is genuine?+
Buy from the official pokt. stores and check the seller name. The QR code on the pack opens this website.
Card holders
How many cards fit?+
Each product page shows the measured card count as soon as it is measured. We never guess.
Does RFID-blocking work?+
It is tested. The report is linked on each card holder page and on the test reports page.
Which phone cases work with Pokt Mag?+
Magnetic phone cases. Pokt Mag is magnetic; it is not sold as a licensed Apple accessory.
Trackers
Do they work with Find My?+
Each product page states exactly which network the tracker uses. We only say “Find My” with Apple’s licence.
Power
Can I fly with Pokt Charge?+
Power banks go in cabin baggage, not checked baggage. Pokt Charge 10 is about 37 Wh at 3.7 V, under the common 100 Wh limit. Always check your airline.
Craft
Is the leather real?+
Yes. We say leather only for certified genuine leather, and carbon only for real carbon fibre.
Orders and returns
How do I return something?+
Returns follow the rules of the store you bought from. Start the return in your order on that store.
